2. Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
3. Understand and meet Key Product Indicators (KPIs).
4. Offer personalized product recommendations and address client objections confidently.
5. Demonstrate products and explain their benefits to customers.
6. Engage with customers to build personal relationships and foster loyalty.
7. Educate clients about Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and the brand.
8. Manage merchandise in line with corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels and report issues.
10. Perform operational and administrative tasks.
11. Adhere to company and store policies and procedures.
12. Represent the brand professionally at all times.
