1. Promote and sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products.
2. Inspire clients with fragrance knowledge.
3. Achieve or exceed sales targets.
4. Understand and meet Key Product Indicators (KPIs).
5. Offer personalized product recommendations.
6. Demonstrate products and explain their benefits.
7. Engage with customers and build personal relationships.
8. Educate clients about Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and the brand.
9. Manage merchandise in line with Corporate guidelines.
10. Monitor stock levels and report issues.
11. Perform operational and administrative tasks.
12. Adhere to company and store policies and procedures.
13. Represent the brand professionally at all times.
