1. Verify and update purchase orders.
2. Update pricing in the software system.
3. Assist in the implementation of B2B projects and provide client support as needed.
4. Support the team in tracking product allocations and liaise with the supply team to monitor stock availability and product entry.
5. Monitor stock levels and sales of new products to prevent shortages.
6. Daily tracking of production availability for catalog and new launches.
7. Regularly check the product database for accuracy.
8. Track client payments and prepare follow-up actions.
9. Record client account statements.
10. Issue B2C credits weekly and coordinate with the E-commerce team for testing and configuration.
11. Liaise with IT for E-commerce invoice integration issues.
