1. Co-create and update content on the Learning App.
2. Monitor progress on the MFK Backstage Learning App.
3. Maintain an accurate database to optimize KPIs.
4. Oversee the onboarding process, both digital and face-to-face.
5. Coordinate the creation of training tools with internal and external partners.
6. Track the deployment of tools to partners.
7. Participate in the creation of retail and/or education events.
8. Engage in brainstorming, supplier research, and event organization.

1. Currently enrolled in a university, business school, or ISIPCA.
2. Genuine interest in luxury products and attention to detail.
3. Desire to develop rigor, organization, and creativity within a diverse team.
4. Enjoy working in a project-based, international environment.
5. Fluent in English.

1. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Strong affinity for digital tools.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing higher education in a relevant field.
