Francis Kurkdjian Industrialization Project Manager

- Lead and execute all trials and pre-series industrial tests to validate technical aspects and optimize processes before commercial production.
- Identify validation points through pre-series industrial tests and analyze results.
- Provide expertise to the Product Development team to anticipate industrialization challenges early in the project timeline.
- Draft and validate packaging protocols and component specifications with internal teams and external partners.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency gains with subcontractors.
- Propose packaging improvements to enhance conditioning performance and reduce environmental impact.
- Serve as the liaison between Development, Planning, Quality, Purchasing teams, and subcontractors to anticipate conditioning challenges.
- Facilitate meetings surrounding pre-series industrial tests and ensure action plans are implemented.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (BAC+5).
- 5-8 years of project management experience, ideally in the cosmetics industry.
- Knowledge of packaging materials and conditioning lines.
- Experience in industrial and conditioning site operations is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a project mode with various departments and unify teams around common goals.
- Client-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (BAC+5).
