1. Post recruitment advertisements online.
2. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
3. Conduct recruitment interviews and provide qualitative feedback on candidates.
4. Manage the follow-up of applications.
5. Handle administrative tasks such as internship agreements, apprenticeship contracts, and personnel files.
6. Serve as the primary contact for recruited students and support them throughout their internship.
