1. Post recruitment advertisements for internship positions.
2. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephone interviews.
3. Lead recruitment interviews and provide qualitative feedback on candidates.
4. Manage the follow-up of applications and administrative tasks such as internship agreements and personnel files.
5. Serve as the primary contact for recruited students, supporting them throughout their internship.
6. Develop partnerships with educational institutions and alumni networks.
7. Organize and participate in school events to attract top talent.
8. Pilot new initiatives and propose innovative ideas to enhance talent acquisition.
9. Animate the intern and apprentice communities.
10. Participate in various HR projects.

1. Generalist HR education with a focus on recruitment.
2. Minimum of initial experience in a generalist HR role with a recruitment specialization.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Passion for the luxury and perfumery sectors.
3. Dynamic, curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Strong service orientation, teamwork, organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor.

Beginner level experience in a generalist HR role with a focus on recruitment.

Generalist HR education or personnel administration.
