1. Assist in the deployment and management of the training plan in collaboration with HR headquarters and managers.
2. Contribute to the creation of a communication plan to enhance the training offerings.
3. Manage the logistical aspects of training sessions including scheduling, welcoming trainers and participants, and ensuring necessary equipment is available.
4. Analyze post-training feedback to continuously improve the learning approach.
5. Support the onboarding process to align with the Maison's values, including preparing welcome kits and updating onboarding materials.
6. Organize logistics for integration modules and propose enhancements to the onboarding experience.
7. Contribute to the implementation of Diversity & Inclusion strategies, including non-discrimination initiatives and events like International Women's Day and Pride Month.
8. Conduct competitive analysis of innovative HR development practices and suggest initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

1. Enrolled in a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Minimum of one prior experience in HR, such as recruitment, HRBP, or HR projects.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Passion for the luxury and fragrance industry.
3. Dynamic, curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic personality.
4. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong service orientation, teamwork, organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor.

Beginner level experience in Human Resources.

Pursuing a degree in business or related field with a focus on Human Resources.
