1. Develop and implement tailored training programs in collaboration with internal and external partners.
2. Construct and oversee the execution of the annual training plan for France in partnership with the HR headquarters team and Managers.
3. Enhance the onboarding process for new employees and manage the implementation of various stages of the integration journey.
4. Prepare and launch the RISE performance campaign, ensuring coordination and follow-up with all teams in France.
5. Produce data analyses and regular reports for the RISE campaign.
6. Support the Graduate Program and VIE initiatives of the Maison.
7. Develop school partnerships through organizing and participating in school forums.
8. Propose and contribute to action plans for the Diversity & Inclusion strategy on an international scale, coordinating with internal communications.

1. Generalist HR education with a specialization in recruitment.
2. Minimum of one prior experience in a generalist HR role.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Strong autonomy and ability to work independently.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Team spirit and service-oriented mindset.
5. Dynamic, curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic nature.

Beginner level experience in a generalist HR role with a focus on recruitment.

Generalist HR education or personnel administration.
