1. Execute personnel administration tasks, including DPAE processing and profile management in systems such as DIVALTO, Talent Connect, and others.
2. Update digital employee files, organizational charts, and distribution lists.
3. Draft various attestations and support correspondence preparation.
4. Coordinate medical appointments and manage absence tracking software.
5. Assist in payroll administration, including transport census and benefits management.
6. Facilitate onboarding processes, including Welcome Pack distribution.
7. Support workplace safety documentation and GDPR compliance.
8. Prepare materials for CSE meetings and maintain company agreements.
9. Conduct social monitoring for the HR team.

1. Background in generalist HR or personnel administration.
2. Minimum of initial experience in a generalist HR role.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously.
4. Excellent teamwork and service orientation.
5. Adaptability and enthusiasm for the luxury and perfumery sectors.

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with at least initial experience in a generalist HR role.

Degree in Human Resources or related field.
