1. Assist in the deployment and management of the training plan in collaboration with HR teams and managers.
2. Contribute to the creation of a communication plan to promote the training offerings.
3. Manage logistical aspects of training sessions, including scheduling and equipment setup.
4. Analyze feedback from post-training questionnaires to enhance learning approaches.
5. Support the onboarding process by ensuring adherence to onboarding procedures and updating relevant materials.
6. Organize logistics for onboarding modules and propose enhancements to the onboarding experience.
7. Participate in Diversity & Inclusion projects, contributing to action plans for non-discrimination and other initiatives.
8. Conduct competitive analysis of innovative HR development practices and propose initiatives to improve employee experience.

1. Enrolled in a business school or university with a specialization in HR.
2. Minimum of one prior experience in HR, such as recruitment or HR projects.

1. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
2. Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
5. Dynamic, curious, and adaptable with a passion for luxury and perfumery.

At least one prior experience in HR, such as recruitment or HR projects.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or HR specialization.
