Francis Kurkdjian Global HR Controller and Compensation & Benefits Director

- Define and implement the HR management control strategy in alignment with the company's global and HR strategies.
- Develop and consolidate workforce and payroll budgets in collaboration with the Finance and HR teams.
- Monitor payroll, analyze variances, and project payroll evolution.
- Develop and track relevant HR key performance indicators (KPIs) for activity management and decision support.
- Supervise the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management, HR Director, and managers.
- Conduct simulations for negotiations with social partners and manage individualized social assessments.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of HR data and identify HR cost risks and opportunities.
- Lead and manage the Payroll, HRIS, and Personnel Administration teams, setting individual and collective objectives.
- Define and implement the company's compensation and benefits policy in line with HR strategy and performance objectives.
- Oversee the management and administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee shareholding.
- Conduct market studies for compensation benchmarking and adapt policies to legislative changes.
- Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to senior management on HR management control, compensation, and benefits.
- Collaborate with other company departments and manage relationships with external providers.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management control with proven managerial experience and strong expertise in compensation and benefits.
- Global business understanding, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management and ability to lead an international network.
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- In-depth knowledge of payroll and HR management software.
- Expertise in data analysis and financial modeling.
- Thorough understanding of French social legislation and compensation practices.
- Ability to manage complex organizational projects and synthesize information.
- Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and diplomacy.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management control with proven managerial experience and strong expertise in compensation and benefits.
Minimum Bac +5 in Human Resources, Finance, Management Control, or equivalent. A specialized Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
