1. Define and implement the HR management control strategy in alignment with the company's global and HR strategies.
2. Develop and consolidate workforce and payroll budgets in collaboration with the Finance and HR teams.
3. Monitor payroll, analyze variances, and project payroll evolution.
4. Develop and track relevant HR key performance indicators (KPIs) for activity management and decision support.
5. Supervise the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management, HR Director, and managers.
6. Conduct simulations for negotiations with social partners and manage individualized social assessments.
7. Ensure the quality and reliability of HR data and identify HR cost risks and opportunities.
8. Lead and manage the Payroll, HRIS, and Personnel Administration teams, setting individual and collective objectives.
9. Define and implement the company's compensation and benefits policy in line with HR strategy and performance objectives.
10. Oversee the management and administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee shareholding.
11. Conduct market studies for compensation benchmarking and adapt policies to legislative changes.
12. Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to senior management on HR management control, compensation, and benefits.
13. Collaborate with other company departments and manage relationships with external providers.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management control with proven managerial experience and strong expertise in compensation and benefits.

1. Global business understanding, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
2. Project management and ability to lead an international network.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
5. In-depth knowledge of payroll and HR management software.
6. Expertise in data analysis and financial modeling.
7. Thorough understanding of French social legislation and compensation practices.
8. Ability to manage complex organizational projects and synthesize information.
9. Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and diplomacy.

Minimum 10 years of experience in HR management control with proven managerial experience and strong expertise in compensation and benefits.

Minimum Bac +5 in Human Resources, Finance, Management Control, or equivalent. A specialized Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
