- Supervise the operations of two Customer Service hubs located in Paris and the USA, ensuring continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Manage order processing, complaint resolution, and customer inquiries using Salesforce Service Console and ERP systems.
- Handle order modifications or cancellations in a timely manner, collaborating with internal teams such as Logistics, IT, and Quality to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure proper management of product returns and refunds for e-commerce orders.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of customer service hubs, consolidating market data and suggesting optimizations.
- Update procedural articles in Salesforce Service Cloud to enhance the knowledge base for advisors.
- Analyze B2C customer feedback to identify improvement areas and compile monthly and weekly reports.
- Participate in omni-channel CRM project coordination, including workshop preparation and support in presentation creation.
- Assist in the preparation and timely dispatch of parcels, ensuring accurate delivery information.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school or equivalent), seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent relational and organizational skills.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive, with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
Ideally, candidates should have a six-month experience in digital environments and a keen interest in CRM/Customer Service.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business or a related field.
