- Supervise the customer service hubs located in Paris and the USA.
- Ensure the follow-up of customer requests via customer service tools such as Salesforce Service Console and ERP.
- Manage order modifications or cancellations in a timely manner.
- Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics, IT, Quality) to resolve complex issues, ensuring transparent communication with clients.
- Oversee the management of product returns and e-commerce order refunds.
- Monitor the performance of customer service hubs and propose optimizations.
- Draft and update procedural articles in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in the collection and analysis of customer feedback through various channels.
- Assist in the coordination of omni-channel CRM projects.
- Support the preparation of parcel shipments, ensuring accurate delivery information.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school or equivalent).
- Seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive with the ability to coordinate across multicultural environments.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in digital and interest in CRM/Customer Service is preferred.
Entry-level, ideally with a 6-month experience in digital.
Master's degree in progress (business school or equivalent).
