- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the 2026 CRM & Clienteling activation plan.
- Coordinate with internal teams (E-commerce, Trade Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Training, IT, Communication, markets) and external partners (agencies and service providers).
- Support the creation and distribution of the multilingual weekly newsletter, coordinating with internal and external teams to gather briefing elements and maintain the editorial calendar.
- Aid in managing the global Clienteling project in collaboration with technical teams and worldwide markets.
- Gather business needs from field users and markets to contribute to the continuous improvement of the tool, enhancing the in-store customer experience.
- Monitor deployments, training sessions, and user feedback.
- Participate in the loyalty program's animation, enriching the offer, and coordinating dedicated campaigns and communications.
- Track and analyze performance KPIs (acquisition, retention, customer engagement).
- Conduct competitive intelligence, benchmarking initiatives, and propose activations, events, or specific offers.
- Monitor CRM campaign performances, consolidate market performances for weekly and monthly reports, analyze KPIs, and suggest optimizations.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve future campaign KPIs.
- Assist in coordinating omnichannel CRM & Clienteling projects, preparing workshops, supporting animation, creating reports, and assisting in presentation creation.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school or equivalent), seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Autonomous, curious, rigorous, and proactive.
- Ability to coordinate various stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
Ideally, candidates should have a preliminary experience of 6 months in digital marketing and a keen interest in CRM and Clienteling.
Master's program in business or equivalent.
