- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the 2023 CRM & Clienteling activation plan.
- Coordinate with internal teams (E-commerce, Strategic Marketing, Communication, Training, IT) and external agencies.
- Aid in the creation of the weekly multilingual newsletter, coordinating with internal teams, translation agencies, and markets.
- Participate in the optimization of existing CRM tools and the development of new client mechanisms.
- Support the execution of recipe tests with IT, E-commerce, and Training teams.
- Coordinate omni-channel CRM & Clienteling projects, including workshop preparation and presentation support.
- Monitor CRM campaign performance, consolidate market performance data, and propose optimizations.
- Conduct AB-tests to enhance future campaign KPIs.
- Perform monthly benchmarks on CRM best practices and innovations.
- Participate in customer service activity meetings and handle customer inquiries in collaboration with the service team.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive with the ability to coordinate various stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
- Strong relational and organizational abilities.
- Experience in digital marketing is preferred.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in digital marketing and a desire to explore CRM and Clienteling.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
