- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the CRM & Clienteling activation plan for 2023.
- Coordinate with internal teams (E-commerce, Strategic Marketing, Communication, Training, IT) and external agencies.
- Support the creation of the weekly multilingual newsletter, including coordination with internal teams, translation agencies, and markets.
- Contribute to the optimization of existing CRM tools and the development of new client engagement strategies.
- Assist in testing and coordinating omni-channel CRM & Clienteling projects.
- Monitor CRM campaign performance and conduct KPI analysis.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance future campaign KPIs.
- Perform monthly benchmarking on CRM best practices and innovations.
- Participate in customer service meetings and handle client inquiries in collaboration with the customer service team.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (business school or equivalent).
- Seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Autonomous, meticulous, and proactive.
- Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in digital marketing and a keen interest in CRM and Clienteling.
Master's degree in progress (business school or equivalent).
