- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the 2023 CRM & Clienteling activation plan.
- Coordinate with internal teams (E-commerce, Strategic Marketing, Communication, Training, IT) and external agencies.
- Support the creation of a multilingual weekly newsletter, coordinating with internal teams, translation agencies, and markets.
- Contribute to the optimization of existing CRM tools and the development of new client mechanics.
- Aid in the execution of test recipes with IT, e-commerce, and training teams.
- Participate in the coordination of omni-channel CRM & Clienteling projects, including workshop preparation and presentation support.
- Monitor CRM campaign performance, consolidate market performance data, analyze KPIs, and propose optimizations.
- Conduct AB-tests to enhance future campaign KPIs.
- Perform monthly benchmarks on CRM best practices and innovations.
- Participate in client service activity meetings and handle client requests in collaboration with the customer service team.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business school or equivalent.
- Seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive with the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
Ideally, candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in digital roles and a keen interest in CRM and Clienteling.
Master's degree in progress (business school or equivalent).
