1. Ensure the reliability of consolidated financial data and oversee the economic performance tracking of the Maison.
2. Develop a finance function that acts as a business partner to operational departments.
3. Define, monitor, and challenge key performance indicators (KPIs) related to performance, profitability, and ROI.
4. Design and implement decision-support tools such as dashboards and analytical P&L reports.
5. Assist managers in budget management, forecasting, and action planning.
6. Monitor the ROI of new store openings in collaboration with markets and the LVMH Group.
7. Produce ad hoc analyses on margins, cost prices, and productivity.
8. Ensure the reliability of the consolidated scope and consolidation entries across 15 management subsidiaries.
9. Drive profitability analysis for product launches by franchise, universe, and market.
10. Challenge operations through industrial controlling, focusing on standard costs, margins, and variances.
11. Lead the construction of budgets, revisions, and three-year strategic plans.
12. Coordinate budget sequences, including operations, investments, and cash flow.
13. Perform variance analyses, evaluate risks/opportunities, and issue alerts.
14. Provide insights into the consolidated P&L to inform decisions by the Executive Committee and the Group.
15. Supervise the production of financial reports and dashboards for the Executive Committee and the Group.
16. Support the evolution of financial processes and BI tools.
17. Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling from design to post-go-live.
18. Manage and develop a finance team, setting objectives, coaching, and evaluating performance.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Audit, or Business School equivalent (Bac +5).
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial control, consolidation, or corporate finance, ideally within the retail/luxury/international sectors.
3. Strong command of accounting standards, ERP systems (preferably SAP), BI tools, and advanced Excel.
4. Experience in a multi-entity/multi-country environment.
5. Proven ability to structure, lead, and interpret data to guide decision-making.
6. Demonstrated leadership, rigor, service orientation, and persuasive skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
8. Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
