1. Ensure the reliability of consolidated financial data and oversee the economic performance of the Maison.
2. Structure a finance function oriented towards business partnership to support operational directions.
3. Define, monitor, and challenge key performance indicators (KPIs) related to performance, profitability, and ROI.
4. Design and deploy decision-support tools such as dashboards, reporting, and analytical P&Ls.
5. Assist managers in budget management, forecasting, and action planning.
6. Monitor the ROI of new store openings in collaboration with markets and LVMH Group.
7. Produce ad hoc analyses on margins, cost prices, and productivity.
8. Ensure the reliability of the consolidated scope and consolidation entries across 15 management subsidiaries.
9. Lead product launch profitability analysis by franchise, universe, and market.
10. Challenge operations through industrial controlling, focusing on standard costs, margins, and variances.
11. Animate international controlling activities across headquarters and subsidiaries.
12. Lead the construction of budgets, revisions, and three-year strategic plans.
13. Coordinate budget sequences including operations, investments, and cash flow.
14. Conduct variance analyses, assess risks/opportunities, and issue alerts.
15. Provide insights into the consolidated P&L for decision-making by the Executive Committee and Group.
16. Supervise the production of financial reports and dashboards for the Executive Committee and Group.
17. Support the evolution of financial processes and BI tools.
18. Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling from conception to post-go live.
19. Manage and develop a finance team, including setting objectives, coaching, and evaluation.
20. Foster a culture of performance and collaboration within the team.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Audit, or Business School equivalent (Bac +5).
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial controlling, consolidation, or corporate finance, preferably in retail, luxury, or international environments.
3. Strong command of accounting standards, ERP systems (preferably SAP), BI tools, and advanced Excel.
4. Experience in multi-entity/multi-country environments.
5. Proven ability to structure, lead, and interpret data to guide decision-making.
6. Demonstrated leadership, rigor, service orientation, and high standards.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, and adaptability in evolving environments.
8. Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.

A minimum of 10 years in financial controlling, consolidation, or corporate finance, ideally within the retail, luxury, or international sectors.
