1. Collaborate closely with the Director of Sustainable Development and the Environmental Performance Manager.
2. Engage with internal teams such as Purchasing, Marketing, Packaging Development, Merchandising, Architecture, Supply Chain, Finance, and subsidiaries, as well as external stakeholders including consulting firms and suppliers.
3. Contribute to the carbon strategy by assisting in carbon footprint assessments and the implementation of action plans to monitor greenhouse gas emissions.
4. Support eco-design packaging projects through life cycle analysis simulations to aid decision-making and align with European regulatory requirements.
5. Participate in data collection for water and biodiversity diagnostics of the Maison.
6. Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and progress towards objectives.
7. Collect, process, and analyze data related to carbon, water, biodiversity, and circularity.
8. Assist in deploying the climate roadmap in collaboration with internal teams.
9. Produce analytical deliverables such as market research, stakeholder studies, and ad-hoc analysis reports.
10. Support data collection for non-financial reporting (CSRD).

1. Currently enrolled in a program focused on Sustainable Development, CSR, Energy/Carbon Transition, Eco-design, Circular Economy, or Data Management at a university, business school, or engineering school.
2. Interest in the beauty and luxury sectors and their socio-environmental challenges.
3. Proactive, autonomous, with strong adaptability skills.
4. Excellent communication skills and curiosity.
5. Strong aptitude for data exploration and analysis, with the ability to derive meaningful insights.
6. Prior experience with life cycle assessments is preferred.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
8. Fluent in English.
