- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sustainable Development and the Environmental Performance Manager.
- Engage with internal teams such as Purchasing, Marketing, Packaging Development, Merchandising, Architecture, Supply Chain, Finance, and subsidiaries, as well as external stakeholders including consulting firms and suppliers.
- Contribute to the carbon strategy by assisting in carbon footprint assessments and the implementation of action plans to monitor greenhouse gas emissions.
- Support eco-design packaging projects through life cycle analysis simulations to aid decision-making and align with European regulatory requirements.
- Participate in data collection for water and biodiversity diagnostics of the Maison.
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and progress towards objectives.
- Collect, process, and analyze data related to carbon, water, biodiversity, and circularity.
- Assist in deploying the climate roadmap in collaboration with internal teams.
- Produce analytical deliverables such as market research, stakeholder studies, and ad-hoc analysis reports.
- Support data collection for non-financial reporting (CSRD).
- Currently enrolled in a program focused on Sustainable Development, CSR, Energy/Carbon Transition, Eco-design, Circular Economy, or Data Management at a university, business school, or engineering school.
- Interest in the beauty and luxury sectors and their socio-environmental challenges.
- Proactive, autonomous, with strong adaptability skills.
- Excellent communication skills and curiosity.
- Strong aptitude for data exploration and analysis, with the ability to derive meaningful insights.
- Prior experience with life cycle assessments is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in English.
