- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-retail marketing strategy across partner sites utilizing digital levers such as e-CRM, retail media, and social media coordination.
- Co-create and coordinate market and distributor activation plans.
- Ensure accurate execution of marketing actions, including the transmission of product information to partners.
- Develop and implement activation guidelines and tools to optimize e-retailer performance and brand exposure.
- Support local teams and e-retailers in maximizing brand impact locally.
- Monitor and evaluate online partner performance, implementing necessary measures to optimize results.
- Support markets in optimizing e-retail distribution, managing website openings and closures.
- Oversee online visual merchandising and brand image to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to analyze e-retail performance and adjust activations accordingly.
- Lead innovative projects, develop training for teams and partners, and explore new e-retail strategies.
- Manage a team of e-retail project managers, ensuring their development in technical and soft skills.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in e-retail, preferably in luxury beauty or cosmetics.
- Proficiency in e-retail platforms and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills in e-retail data to optimize performance and sales.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in cosmetics and e-commerce.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
