Francis Kurkdjian E-Retail Manager

- Lead the optimization of online sales and enhance brand image on major e-retail platforms.
- Ensure alignment between the Maison's global strategy and its execution on partner sites.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 360° e-retail marketing strategy using digital levers such as site animation, e-CRM strategy, media design, and social media coordination.
- Coordinate and execute marketing actions, ensuring accurate product information is conveyed to partners.
- Design and deploy a coherent and impactful e-retail strategy, developing activation guidelines and tools to optimize market performance.
- Support local teams and retailers in utilizing tools to maximize brand impact locally.
- Optimize distribution on e-retail platforms by developing tools, charters, and processes to enhance local performance.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to analyze e-retail performance and establish a results-oriented reporting culture.
- Lead innovative projects, develop training for teams and partners, and explore new strategies to enhance e-retail.
- Manage a team of e-retail project managers, ensuring their technical and soft skill development, and oversee daily operational tasks.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-retail, preferably in luxury beauty or cosmetics.
- Proficiency in e-retail platforms and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills in e-retail data to optimize performance and sales.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in cosmetics and e-commerce.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
