Francis Kurkdjian E-Retail and Trade Marketing Specialist

- Negotiate and finalize seasonal co-op plans with retailers.
- Facilitate monthly communications and updates with retail partners.
- Coordinate and distribute assets for retailer co-op programs from headquarters.
- Serve as the primary contact for asset approvals in retailer co-op programs.
- Engage in dialogue with key account leads and sales directors.
- Ensure execution of all agreed-upon retailer co-op activations.
- Compile and present retailer recaps and analyses for US and headquarters.
- Develop and manage the roadmap and milestones for US e-retail.
- Monitor and evaluate .com performance across retail partners.
- Ensure adherence to Maison Francis Kurkdjian brand guidelines on US.com platforms.
- Oversee catalog updates and manage retailer specifications.
- Distribute updated e-retail campaign toolkits to retailers.
- Conduct competitive analysis to maintain a competitive edge.
- Monitor and report on retailer promotional offers.
- Provide monthly and quarterly recaps and analyses for ongoing activations.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in e-retail or trade marketing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing retail partnerships and co-op programs.
- Ability to analyze and present data effectively.
- Familiarity with brand adherence and catalog management.
- Competence in competitive analysis and market insights.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury or retail industry is required.
The salary range is $28-$33 per hour, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
This temporary position offers a hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days working from home.
