- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance overall online campaign performance.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various performance platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, while challenging media agencies.
- Oversee the budget for digital campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure campaign coherence and effectiveness.
- Work with CRM teams to orchestrate traffic acquisition, audience enrichment, lead conversion, and customer retention.
- Manage Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) projects and A/B testing initiatives.
- Propose improvements for UI/UX and landing pages.
- Manage A/B testing and personalization tools in collaboration with LVMH experts.
- Collaborate with CRO experts at LVMH to develop new tests.
- Work with the Product Owner team to deploy successful tests and integrate them into sprints.
- Analyze digital performance data and provide detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with developers and tracking teams to maintain and enhance the web tracking plan.
- Bridge the gap between web reporting and business intelligence.
- Deliver periodic business insights.
- Degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital performance, traffic acquisition, or growth hacking.
- Google Ads certification or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
- Fluent in professional English.
- Proficiency in campaign and data analysis tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of goal achievement.
- Skills in data visualization and storytelling.
- Creativity and the ability to devise innovative solutions to enhance digital performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, for presenting results and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven experience in performance management and online advertising campaign optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
