1. Co-create and update content on the Learning App.
2. Monitor progress on the MFK Backstage Learning App.
3. Maintain a precise database to optimize KPIs.
4. Oversee the onboarding process, both digital and face-to-face, within the Maison.
5. Coordinate the creation of training tools (e.g., masterclass cards) with internal and external partners, including creative studios, agencies, and printers.
6. Track the deployment of tools to partners.
7. Participate in the creation of retail and/or education events, including brainstorming, vendor research, and event organization.
8. Possibility to engage in various projects based on role mastery.

1. Enrollment in a university, business school, or ISIPCA.
2. Genuine sensitivity to luxury products and attention to detail.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Strong affinity for digital tools.
4. Ability to work in project mode within an international environment.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently pursuing higher education in a relevant field.
