- Co-create and update content on the Learning App.
- Monitor progress on the MFK Backstage Learning App.
- Maintain a precise database to optimize KPIs.
- Oversee the onboarding process, both digital and face-to-face, within the Maison.
- Coordinate the creation of training tools (e.g., masterclass cards) with internal and external partners, including creative studios, agencies, and printers.
- Track the deployment of tools to partners.
- Participate in the creation of retail and/or education events, including brainstorming, vendor research, and event organization.
- Possibility to engage in various projects based on role mastery.
- Enrollment in a university, business school, or ISIPCA.
- Genuine sensitivity to luxury products and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong affinity for digital tools.
- Ability to work in project mode within an international environment.
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Currently pursuing higher education in a relevant field.
