- Oversee the daily operations of the loyalty program, coordinating with internal teams such as Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Customer Service, Finance, and LVMH Beauty IT to ensure seamless management.
- Coordinate the activation of offers and rewards for program members in alignment with the marketing plan and commercial highlights.
- Serve as the primary contact for any inquiries or issues related to the loyalty program.
- Optimize customer journeys to ensure a premium and seamless experience at every stage of the program, both online and offline.
- Supervise all communications related to the program, including email campaigns and print materials, proposing innovative ideas, overseeing implementation, and measuring impact.
- Organize and coordinate exclusive events or unique experiences for loyalty program members in collaboration with Marketing and Communication departments.
- Analyze loyalty program performance using key KPIs such as conversion rates, member engagement, customer retention, and average basket growth.
- Provide regular reports to management with recommendations for adjustments to enhance program effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement to maximize program efficiency and meet the expectations of the most loyal customers.
- Propose regular adjustments and improvements to meet market needs and expectations.
- Conduct ongoing research on trends in loyalty and customer experience within the luxury and fragrance sectors.
- Bachelor's degree +5 in Business, Marketing, Digital, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in loyalty program management, CRM, or digital marketing, ideally within the luxury or beauty sector.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and expertise in data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, a keen sense of customer service, and performance orientation.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Creativity and innovation to continually enhance the customer experience.
- Passion for the luxury and fragrance industry.
- Autonomous, meticulous, and adaptable to challenges.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
- CRM tools proficiency, especially Salesforce
