Francis Kurkdjian CRM Project Manager - Client Loyalty

- Oversee the daily operations of the loyalty program, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams such as Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Customer Service, Finance, and LVMH Beauty IT.
- Coordinate the activation of offers and rewards for program members in alignment with marketing plans and commercial highlights.
- Serve as the primary contact for any inquiries or issues related to the loyalty program.
- Optimize customer journeys to ensure a premium experience at every stage of the program, both online and offline.
- Supervise all communications related to the program, including email campaigns and print materials, and measure their impact.
- Organize and coordinate exclusive events or unique experiences for loyalty program members in collaboration with Marketing and Communication departments.
- Analyze the program's performance using key KPIs such as conversion rates, member engagement, customer retention, and average basket growth.
- Provide regular reports to management with recommendations for program adjustments.
- Identify improvement areas to maximize program efficiency and meet the expectations of loyal customers.
- Propose regular adjustments and improvements to meet market needs and expectations.
- Conduct continuous research on loyalty and customer experience trends in the luxury and fragrance sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in loyalty program management, CRM, or digital marketing, preferably in the luxury or beauty sector.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, and expertise in data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, customer service orientation, and performance-driven mindset.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Creativity and innovation in enhancing customer experience.
- Passion for the luxury and fragrance industry.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and agile in facing challenges.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
