Francis Kurkdjian Creative Project Manager

- Develop and adapt graphic content for all of the brand's social media platforms, including animated and static designs, as well as motion design.
- Collaborate with the brand's Communication Advisory Agency and external partners to ensure adherence to graphic and editorial guidelines.
- Work with strategic marketing and the Digital Department to enhance brand image and create digital campaigns, including web design, display, social media, and overseeing photo or film production.
- Create and update internal and external presentation creative guidelines (PowerPoint).
- Design editorial and commercial mock-ups for desktop and mobile that align with the brand's visual identity.
- Participate in creative brainstorming and support brand content, digital, and e-commerce initiatives.
- Adapt visual assets and kits for various digital and e-commerce needs both centrally and internationally.
- Innovate visual assets for CRM/Emailing needs, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity and user experience (desktop/mobile).
- Develop communication tools for the Communication and Public Relations Department.
- Monitor digital trends and innovations.
- Manage the brand's image bank (Digital Asset Management).
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in a relevant artistic field such as communication or applied arts.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in content creation, particularly in video and motion design, gained in an agency or in-house setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Indesign) and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Strong conceptual skills to develop original and relevant creative ideas.
- Teamwork aptitude with a solid understanding of social media and e-commerce challenges.
- Creative and curious mindset, with a constant pursuit of new ideas.
- Fluency in English.
- Comprehensive understanding of UI/UX web design principles.
A minimum of three years of professional experience in content creation, with a focus on video and motion design, is required.
Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in communication, applied arts, or a related field.
