1. Achieve counter sales targets and corporate objectives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
2. Set and monitor individual and collective objectives for the team.
3. Manage stock levels, conduct sales analysis, and report on brand and competitor performance.
4. Organize and optimize shift planning and ensure efficient communication with the Retail Manager.
5. Identify and share opportunities for brand growth with the Retail Manager.
6. Communicate corporate strategy and goals to the team and motivate them daily.
7. Provide regular coaching, training, and appraisals to team members.
8. Ensure adherence to brand standards in image, merchandising, and customer service.
9. Manage tester and POSM storage and maintain counter cleanliness.
10. Develop customer loyalty and represent the brand to store management.
11. Plan and execute successful in-store animations and achieve related targets.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in sales analysis and reporting.
4. Ability to maintain brand standards and customer service excellence.
5. Organizational skills for shift planning and stock management.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
