Francis Kurkdjian Business Manager

- Optimize sales through effective client experience and consistent delivery of brand sales initiatives and selling techniques following Maison standards.
- Responsible for sales performance and goal reviews, executing sales activities to meet and exceed monthly, seasonal, and annual sales goals.
- Develop business plans in collaboration with the Senior Regional Account Executive and Regional Director.
- Plan, organize, staff, and execute special events, partnering with the Senior Regional Account Executive and Training Team.
- Engage and collaborate with the entire store team to determine opportunities for client outreach programs and events.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards and guidelines are upheld, maintaining an impeccable and luxurious brand image.
- Keep the team well-informed and supplied with the proper tools for managing daily business, including smart sampling and wrapping ceremonies.
- Monitor business and analyze results to recognize areas of opportunity, growth, and CRM opportunities, communicating with the Senior Regional Account Executive and Regional Sales Director.
- Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure every client is placed into the CRM system, monitoring team follow-up.
- Consistently track daily business activity, monitoring sales diversification to improve sales on underperforming items.
- Complete weekly business recaps for the Senior Regional Account Executive and Sales Director.
- Develop professional expertise regarding MFK business procedures, product knowledge, and selling efficiency.
- Utilize the MFK Backstage training app, ensuring courses are completed at 100%.
- Responsible for VM updates and Pop Up and Swing space installation.
- Execute and maintain operational management of the counter, including communication of out-of-stocks, VM repair requests, and inventory management.
- Prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management experience preferred.
- Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training.
- Passionate about the MFK brand and its values, able to convey this passion to the team and clients.
- Empathetic, positive, results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Team player and strong listener, with knowledge of how to recruit and build a high-performing team.
- Effective communication skills required.
- Must be able to network and build partnerships across all relevant levels.
- Resourceful with strong analytic skills for proactive problem solving.
- Able to understand and maintain confidentiality of business at the counter.
- Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Availability must meet the needs of the business.

Minimum of 3 years in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management.
Salary range of $85,000-$95,000, with flexibility to pay outside of this range based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
