- Assist in the production of brand content from briefing to asset delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Aid in the creation of briefs and asset lists in collaboration with internal teams such as studio, e-retail, e-commerce, and e-CRM.
- Prepare for photo shoots, oversee post-production, and manage asset delivery.
- Draft media briefs for asset adaptation with the creative studio.
- Manage community engagement by scheduling content across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and moderate comments in partnership with the customer service team.
- Support influencer and media partner collaborations to enhance brand image and visibility.
- Monitor luxury and high perfumery industry trends and competitor activities on social media.
- Verify assets and previews with the media agency for each campaign launch.
- Currently enrolled in a communication or marketing program.
- Previous experience in a communication agency or image department of a luxury brand.
- Creativity and curiosity.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dynamic personality with strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
Beginner level experience in communication or marketing, preferably within a luxury brand or agency setting.
Pursuing a degree in communication or marketing.
