1. Achieve retail sales goals and annual productivity targets.
2. Provide comprehensive customer service, including product information and sales.
3. Ensure courteous and professional communication with clients.
4. Maintain a clean and organized retail counter and product display.
5. Meet sales plan objectives and track productivity.
6. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
7. Offer consultations on cosmetic shades, skincare, makeup application, and fragrance.
8. Resolve customer issues via telephone or written correspondence.
9. Maintain client registration and foster customer relationships.
10. Adhere to retailer policies and practices.
11. Engage in special projects as required by business needs.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of prestige beauty sales experience.

1. Customer relationship management and expectation handling.
2. Organizational proficiency.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication.
4. Experience with CRT and computer-based inventory systems.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

A minimum of 3 years in prestige beauty sales is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour, with flexibility based on expertise and performance.
