- Assist retail designers in developing animated concepts such as pop-ups, window displays, space design, and bespoke personalization.
- Participate in organizing seasonal window and pop-up installations with VM project managers, including advance planning, product and POS material orders, on-site coordination, and execution verification.
- Contribute to the creation of planograms for upcoming retail locations and support the coordination of remote installations with photo reporting.
- Manage the visual database, assist in coordinating campaign changes with the cropping agency, distribute visuals to markets, and ensure guideline compliance and proper installation.
- Conduct competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and best practice research.
- Enrolled in a design school or visual merchandising program.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Creativity, attention to detail, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Beginner level experience in visual merchandising or design-related fields.
Currently pursuing a degree in design or visual merchandising.
