- Assist retail designers in developing animated concepts such as pop-ups, window displays, space design, and bespoke personalization.
- Participate in organizing seasonal window and pop-up installations with VM project managers, including pre-planning, product and POSM orders, on-site supervision, and execution verification.
- Contribute to the creation of planograms for future retail locations and assist in coordinating remote installations with photo reporting.
- Manage the visual database, support campaign changes with the cropping agency, distribute visuals to markets, and ensure guideline adherence and proper installation.
- Conduct competitive analysis, trend monitoring, and best practice research.
- Enrollment in a design school or visual merchandising program.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Creativity, attention to detail, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
No prior professional experience required, but a foundational understanding of visual merchandising and design principles is expected.
Currently pursuing a degree in design or visual merchandising.
