1. Assist the Order Processing team in supporting logistics and supply chain activities.
2. Verify and update purchase orders.
3. Update pricing information in the software system.
4. Support the team in monitoring product allocations.
5. Coordinate with the supply team to track stock availability and inform about inventory status.
6. Monitor the availability of production for both catalog and new launches.
7. Track product shortages and manage supply chain disruptions.
8. Extract and analyze sales data in relation to allocated quantities.
9. Monitor client payments and prepare follow-up actions.
10. Record client account statements.
11. Manage and track customer complaints.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.

1. Strong interest in the luxury sector.
2. Recognized for dynamism, rigor, and ability to work independently.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other IT tools.
5. Fluency in English.
6. Interest in the perfume industry is advantageous.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally suited for students in a Master's program.

Master's degree in progress, preferably in Business or a related field.
