1. Manage a diverse portfolio of projects including the creation, supervision, and realization of boutiques, flagships, and standard roll-out stands.
2. Serve as the primary contact for Maison Francis Kurkdjian with international clients and distributors.
3. Analyze vendor packs and propose layout plans using 3D SketchUp, adhering to brand and client specifications.
4. Create technical plans for furniture and projects in collaboration with market teams, ensuring compliance with architectural guidelines.
5. Oversee the tender process for manufacturers and validate execution plans and material samples.
6. Supervise the installation of projects and manage renovations and openings of Parisian flagships and Travel Retail projects.
7. Develop concepts for temporary animation spaces under the guidance of the VM project manager.

1. State-certified Architect with 5 to 7 years of experience in commercial architecture, preferably in the luxury beauty sector.
2. Proven experience in managing costs, timelines, and aesthetic guidelines.
3. Strong network of reliable partners and service providers.
4. Ability to work collaboratively, respecting processes and stakeholders.
5. Developed aesthetic sense and creativity.

1. Proficiency in Adobe, SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino.
2. Excellent organizational skills and adaptability.
3. Strong project management capabilities.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Familiarity with ERP regulations and administrative authorization processes.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

State-certified Architect degree.
