- Manage a diverse portfolio of projects including the creation, supervision, and realization of boutiques, flagships, and standard roll-out stands.
- Serve as the primary contact for Maison Francis Kurkdjian with international clients and distributors.
- Analyze vendor packs and propose layout plans using 3D SketchUp, adhering to brand and client specifications.
- Create technical plans for furniture and projects in collaboration with market teams, ensuring compliance with architectural guidelines.
- Oversee the tender process for manufacturers and validate execution plans and material samples.
- Supervise the installation of projects and manage renovations and openings of Parisian flagships and Travel Retail projects.
- Develop concepts for temporary animation spaces under the guidance of the VM project manager.
- State-certified Architect with 5 to 7 years of experience in commercial architecture, preferably in the luxury beauty sector.
- Proven experience in managing costs, timelines, and aesthetic guidelines.
- Strong network of reliable partners and service providers.
- Ability to work collaboratively, respecting processes and stakeholders.
- Developed aesthetic sense and creativity.
- Proficiency in Adobe, SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino.
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with ERP regulations and administrative authorization processes.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
State-certified Architect degree.
