1. Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of projects including boutiques, flagships, department store stands, and podiums.
2. Serve as the primary liaison for Maison Francis Kurkdjian with international clients and distributors.
3. Analyze vendor packs and propose layout plans that align with commercial briefs and client flow analysis.
4. Create technical plans and 3D perspectives in accordance with retail concept guidelines and brand equity.
5. Manage tenders for manufacturers in collaboration with LVMH's purchasing department.
6. Ensure manufacturer selection adheres to group directives and validate execution plans and material samples.
7. Oversee project installation quality and maintain brand image integrity.
8. Update and develop the Concept Bible to reflect business and concept advancements.
9. Collaborate with partners and suppliers to ensure optimal technical solutions, quality, pricing, and production timelines.

1. State-certified architect with 5 to 7 years of experience in commercial architecture, preferably in high-end beauty or luxury sectors.
2. Proven ability to work within budgetary, timeline, and aesthetic guidelines.
3. Established network of reliable partners and service providers.
4. Strong team collaboration skills and adherence to processes.
5. Developed aesthetic sense and creativity.

1. Proficiency in Adobe, SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino.
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Strong understanding of retail challenges and attention to detail.
4. Familiarity with ERP regulations and administrative authorization processes.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 5 years in commercial architecture, with a focus on luxury or high-end beauty sectors.

State-certified architect degree.
