1. Support the packaging development and product innovation processes.
2. Assist in the technical development and optimization of packaging solutions.
3. Ensure technical project follow-up with the Maison and suppliers.
4. Guarantee the successful initiation of production from a qualitative, quantitative, and economic perspective.
5. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure all final packaging prerequisites are met, including regulatory, ecological, and industrial standards.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field, ideally specializing in Packaging and Material Sciences.

1. Strong interpersonal, communication, and synthesis skills.
2. Curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity with a penchant for initiative-taking.
3. Proficiency in creating models and prototypes.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite; 3D modeling skills are advantageous.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field.
