Francis Kurkdjian Account Manager

- Achieve account sales targets as set by the Area Sales Manager, motivating the team to meet these goals.
- Proactively sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products while providing a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Lead and coach the team to ensure awareness and achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain awareness of new launches, promotional activities, and business trends within the luxury fragrance sector.
- Lead a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to provide high levels of service, ensuring participation in relevant training courses.
- Be knowledgeable about all Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and propose fragrance recommendations.
- Initiate and maintain client contact, ensuring a consistent standard of service.
- Develop the team for business continuity and manage daily team-related matters.
- Ensure counters are immaculate and well-merchandised in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage stock replenishment, deliveries, and administrative tasks related to account management.
- Establish professional relationships with stakeholders, including host store management and LVMH Head Office.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies, carrying out additional duties as directed by management.
- Participate in talent acquisition, conducting interviews and supporting the Store Approval process.
- Previous retail sales management experience, ideally within luxury brands.
- Appreciation of beauty or luxury lifestyle sectors.
- Successful track record in leading and managing a team.
- Creative flair and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive attitude and flexible approach.
- Ability to empower a team to achieve goals and targets.
- Effective time management and attention to detail.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury sector.
