Responsibilities
- Achieve account sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager.
- Proactively sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and provide luxury service to customers.
- Lead and coach the team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about new launches, promotional activities, and business trends.
- Lead a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to provide high levels of customer service.
- Ensure team participation in relevant training courses.
- Propose fragrance recommendations and overcome objections.
- Initiate contact with clients and maintain service standards.
- Develop the team for business continuity and manage daily team matters.
- Ensure counters are well-merchandised and reflective of the brand.
- Manage stock replenishment and administrative tasks.
- Establish professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies.
- Identify and interview candidates for team vacancies.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales management experience, ideally within luxury brands.
- Appreciation of beauty or luxury lifestyle sectors.
Skills
- Successful track record in leading and managing a team.
- Creative flair and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Proactive attitude and flexible approach.

Experience Requirements
