- Achieve and exceed account sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager.
- Proactively sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products, providing a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Lead and coach the team to ensure all members are aware of and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain awareness of key product indicators, new launches, promotional activities, and business trends.
- Lead a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to provide high levels of customer service.
- Ensure team participation in relevant training courses to maintain consistent customer service standards.
- Propose fragrance recommendations and overcome customer objections confidently.
- Develop the team for business continuity and manage daily team-related matters.
- Ensure counters are immaculate and well-merchandised in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage stock replenishment, sales figures recording, and administrative tasks.
- Establish professional relationships with stakeholders, including host store management and LVMH Head Office.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Identify and interview candidates for team vacancies and support store approval processes.
- Previous retail sales management experience, ideally within luxury brands.
- Appreciation of beauty or luxury lifestyle sectors and a passion for the industry.
- Successful track record in leading and managing a team.
- Creative flair and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Proactive attitude and flexible approach.
- Ability to empower a team to achieve goals and targets.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Minimum of 3 years in a retail sales management role, preferably within the luxury sector.
