1. Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the Area Sales Manager.
2. Lead and coach the team to ensure luxury service standards are met.
3. Maintain awareness of key performance indicators and new product launches.
4. Liaise with the Retail Trainer for team training participation.
5. Ensure the team is knowledgeable about all products and can make recommendations.
6. Manage stock processes and ensure immaculate merchandising.
7. Adhere to company procedures and manage administrative tasks.

1. Previous retail sales management experience, ideally within luxury brands.
2. Appreciation of the beauty or luxury lifestyle sectors.
3. Demonstrated success in leading and managing a team.

1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Creative flair and problem-solving abilities.
3. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Proactive attitude and flexible approach.

Previous experience in retail sales management, preferably within the luxury sector, is required.
