Francis Kurkdjian Account Manager

- Achieve account sales targets as set by the Area Sales Manager and motivate the team to meet these goals.
- Proactively sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and deliver a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Lead and coach the team to ensure awareness and achievement of sales targets.
- Stay informed about new launches, promotional activities, and business trends within the luxury fragrance sector.
- Lead a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to provide high levels of service and ensure participation in relevant training courses.
- Propose fragrance recommendations and confidently address customer objections.
- Ensure the service standard is consistent with Maison Francis Kurkdjian's expectations.
- Develop the team for business continuity and manage daily team-related matters.
- Maintain immaculate and well-merchandised counters in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage stock replenishment processes and administrative tasks related to account management.
- Establish professional relationships with stakeholders, including host store management and LVMH Head Office.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies and perform additional duties as directed by management.
- Identify and interview candidates for team vacancies and support the Store Approval process.
- Previous retail sales management experience, ideally within luxury brands.
- Appreciation of beauty or luxury lifestyle sectors.
- Ability to demonstrate a successful track record in leading and managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Proactive attitude and flexible approach.
- Ability to empower a team to achieve goals and targets.
- High levels of attention to detail.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail sales management, preferably within luxury brands.
