Responsibilities
- Achieve account sales targets as set by the Area Sales Manager.
- Proactively sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Lead and coach the team to ensure all members are aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain awareness of new launches, promotional activity, and business trends within the luxury fragrance department.
- Lead a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to provide high levels of service to customers.
- Ensure all team members participate in relevant training courses.
- Propose fragrance recommendations and overcome objections confidently.
- Ensure the standard of service is consistent with Maison Francis Kurkdjian standards.
- Develop the team for business continuity and people development.
- Manage daily team-related matters, including absence, sickness, holidays, and rotas.
- Ensure counters are immaculate and well-merchandised.
- Manage stock replenishment, stock taking, and sales analysis.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies.
- Identify and interview for vacancies within the team.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales management experience ideally within luxury brands.
- Appreciation of beauty or luxury lifestyle sectors.
- Ability to demonstrate a successful track record in leading and managing a team.
Skills

- Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales management, ideally within luxury brands.
