1. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager.
2. Lead and coach a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Maintain awareness of new product launches and promotional activities.
4. Ensure team participation in relevant training courses.
5. Propose fragrance recommendations and handle customer objections effectively.
6. Manage stock processes and ensure immaculate merchandising reflective of the brand.
7. Adhere to grooming guidelines and maintain professional standards.
8. Complete all operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
9. Establish and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, including host store management and LVMH Head Office.
10. Participate in talent acquisition processes.

1. Previous retail sales management experience, ideally within luxury brands.
2. Appreciation for the beauty or luxury lifestyle sectors.
3. Proven track record in leading and managing a team.

1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Proactive attitude and flexible approach.
3. Ability to empower a team to achieve goals and targets.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and creative flair.
5. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
