- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Area Manager, motivating the team to reach these goals.
- Proactively sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products, ensuring a luxury standard of service.
- Lead and coach a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about new product launches, promotional activities, and industry trends, providing timely feedback to the Area Manager.
- Ensure the team participates in relevant training to maintain consistent service aligned with global guidelines.
- Develop the team for business continuity and manage personnel matters.
- Maintain immaculate and well-merchandised counters reflective of the brand's standards.
- Oversee stock replenishment, deliveries, and administrative tasks related to account management.
- Foster professional relationships with stakeholders, including host store management and LVMH Head Office.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies, and perform additional duties as directed by management.
- Support talent acquisition processes and collaborate on performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Experience in leading and developing a team.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fragrance market and trends.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in sales analysis and reporting.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
