- Execute store-level strategies to enhance sales through events, merchandising, training, and staffing.

- Build the Maison's presence, culture, awareness, and revenue growth.
- Conduct sales performance and goal reviews with Brand Ambassadors and key store management.
- Plan and execute in-store seasonal sales and events with store executive teams.
- Coordinate in-store activities and collaborate with the National Events Director for event planning.
- Share insights on business trends, competitive knowledge, and store observations.
- Provide seasonal in-store and virtual training on product knowledge and marketing strategies.
- Coach product specialists in selling skills, customer service, and product demonstrations.
- Manage administrative responsibilities including expense guidelines, calendar management, and store checklists.
- 5+ years of field leadership experience.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with various departments to maximize sales.
- Strong strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
