- Drive sales performance and growth in the South Central region.
- Execute in-store strategies to enhance sales, including event coordination, merchandising, and training.
- Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with store management and staff.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reviews and goal assessments.
- Plan and execute in-store events in collaboration with the National Events Director.
- Provide insights on business trends and competitive landscape within the region.
- Deliver extensive in-store and virtual training on product knowledge and marketing strategies.
- Coach product specialists to enhance selling skills and customer service.
- Manage administrative tasks including expense reporting and calendar management.
- Minimum of 5 years of field leadership experience in a related industry.
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with store management and staff.
