Fenty Assistant Product Manager

- Conduct continuous market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting in areas such as color, texture, packaging, and ingredients.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and social listening to identify unmet needs and white-space opportunities.
- Define product positioning, target audience, key benefits, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation and concept validation to launch and post-launch performance review.
- Provide expert input on shade ranges, formulas, textures, and sensory experience based on category expertise.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely product delivery and align cross-functional go-to-market strategies, messaging, and promotional plans.
- Manage product development timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-cost delivery.
- Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost structure without compromising quality or brand standards.
- Monitor post-launch KPIs and recommend improvements or phase-outs.
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 2–5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in makeup or as a heavy makeup user.
- Keen eye for color, design, and beauty trends.
- Active user of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Fluency in English.
2–5 years of product marketing experience, particularly in makeup, is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or above
