- Evaluate and analyze existing boutiques and new boutique projects by assessing competition, productivity by product category, store capacity, client trends, and relevant real estate developments.
- Lead the project management of the Store Committee process by creating effective agendas, project pipelines, recaps, and follow-ups that enhance the productivity of retail projects.
- Enhance the retail master database of brick-and-mortar locations in Power BI to improve efficiency and accuracy of data in the retail development process.
- Develop impactful market intelligence and management presentations to provide leadership with insights and recommendations on market potential.
- Assess feasibility of new locations and compile documentation for project briefs, liaising cross-functionally to define deliverables and milestones.
- Orchestrate the 360 store opening process with regional heads to prepare and drive a commercial plan, monitoring performance post-opening to address gaps with creative solutions.
- University degree or equivalent in finance, business, or real estate.
- More than 8 years of experience in international retail, project management, financial analysis, or consulting, preferably in the luxury industry.
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to create high-quality management presentations and materials.
- Superior project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; Italian and French are a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields such as international retail, project management, financial analysis, or consulting, with a preference for luxury industry experience.
University degree or equivalent in a relevant field, including finance, business, or real estate.
