1. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with Very Important Clients (VIC) to enhance brand loyalty.
2. Implement and support personalized client engagement strategies across global zones.
3. Develop and execute business and hosting guidelines for the high-end segment.
4. Collaborate with LVMH sister brands and external partners to expand client opportunities.
5. Coordinate and support VIC-related events such as Fashion Shows and High Jewelry events.
6. Organize VIC activities with external suppliers for events and couture shows.
7. Deliver internal tools and guidelines to regional offices.
8. Identify and organize exceptional experiences for top clients to enhance brand loyalty.
9. Develop a bespoke gifting menu for VIC clients.
10. Collaborate with departments such as CRM, Training, and Product to strategize client benefits.
11. Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking.
12. Manage cost control and budgets for Private Client Relations activities.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or hospitality industry.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.
3. Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
5. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Salesforce.
6. Fluency in English; proficiency in French, Italian, or another language is advantageous.
