1. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Implement and support personalized client engagement strategies across various zones.
3. Develop business and hosting guidelines for the high-end segment.
4. Collaborate with LVMH sister brands and external partners to expand opportunities.
5. Coordinate and support VIC-related events such as Fashion Shows and High Jewelry events.
6. Organize VIC activities with external suppliers, including hotels and entertainment, around major events.
7. Deliver internal tools and guidelines to regional offices.
8. Identify and organize exceptional experiences for top clients to enhance brand loyalty.
9. Develop a bespoke gifting menu for VIC clients.
10. Collaborate with other departments to develop client-benefiting strategies.
11. Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking.
12. Manage cost control and budgets for Private Client Relations activities.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or hospitality industry.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.

2. Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
3. Proven project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
4. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Salesforce.
6. Fluency in English; additional fluency in French, Italian, or another language is a plus.
